The Breakthrough Bible College & Theological Seminary is a non-profit organization based in Washington DC. Founded in 2000 by Dr. Anthony T. Mays, the college offers associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree programs in various fields of study. Our mission is to train and equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to become leaders in their communities and make a positive impact in the world.
