The Breakthrough Bible College & Theological Seminary is a non-profit organization based in Washington DC. It was founded in 2000 by Dr. Anthony T. Mays, a renowned author and scholar who has held administrative and faculty positions at various colleges and universities. The college offers associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree programs in various fields of study, including theology, ministry, and counseling. Our target audience is individuals between the ages of 19 and 55 who are interested in pursuing higher education in these fields. Since its establishment, the college has served thousands of students from across the nation and around the world. The college is proud to be African American-owned and operated.
