The Breakthrough Bible College & Theological Seminary

The Breakthrough Bible College & Theological Seminary is a non-profit organization based in Washington DC. Founded in 2000 by Dr. Anthony T. Mays, the college offers associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree programs in various fields of study. The target audience for these degree programs is individuals between the ages of 19 and 55. Since its establishment, the college has served thousands of students from across the nation and around the world. Dr. Mays, a renowned author and scholar, has held administrative and faculty positions at colleges and universities in Germany, Georgia, North Carolina, Washington DC, and Maryland. The college is proud to be African American-owned and operated.
